Science Teacher Outstanding Girls School
A fantastic, high achieving all girls' school located in the heart of Central London is looking to appoint a science teacher on a full time basis from as soon as possible until the end of the academic year. The school performs extremely well in terms of academic achievement (over 85% A*-C grades at GCSE last year) and pupil behaviour at the school tends to be excellent. A recent Ofsted Report judged the school to be “outstanding” in all areas and the school has an excellent reputation. The science department is well facilitated with newly refurbished labs and is supported by a strong, experienced, approachable and supportive HoD. The successful applicant will be expected to teach science at KS3, KS4 and GCSE. An A-Level Biology or an A-Level Chemistry timetable may be made available to a suitably experienced and qualified candidate but teaching either Biology or Chemistry to A-Level standard is not a requirement for applying to this post. The school is happy to consider applications from newly qualified teachers as well as from teachers with more experience. Overseas trained teachers are also welcome to apply.
