Multi Traders

Multi trade teams required for pricework contracts. The work will consist of bringing both void & occuppied properties up to Decent Homes Standard.
Main aspect of work will consist of the following.
Strip out of existing wall & floor finishes
Removal and refit of kitchen & bathroom
Plastering
Carpentary
Wall tiling
Decoration
Installation of vinyl sheet flooring
Mastic application
Other minor works outside of kitchen and bathroom may be required ie full decoration to unit, renew doors, fit skirting etc
Operatives must be skilled with City & Guilds or equivalent in either
Plastering
Plumbing
Carpentary
Tiling
Decoration
ESSENSIAL REQUIREMENTS
UTR / CIS details
CSCS card
Evidence of residence status (if non UK national)
Own tools
Speak & understand english
Checkable references
Evidence of undertaken this type of work before
Own transport
