Administrator Receptionist
PMP is seeking a smart, efficient and professional (but friendly) receptionist / administrator. As well as an excellent telephone manner, you will have a good knowledge of MS Office 2003 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the ability to multi-task. This is an interesting and varied role requiring someone who is flexible, friendly and above all, a team player.
Duties include:-
* Meet and greet guests visiting the office
* Arrange couriers and passenger cars as appropriate
* Organise meetings and appointments
* Co-ordinate travel arrangements for consultants
* Managing incoming and outgoing post
* Update the company database as necessary
* Update the purchase order database as necessary.
* Maintain and order stationery supplies as appropriate
* Control and record petty cash/cheque book transactions
* Assist with general office functions and provide consultant support when required
* Liaise with the Office Director for any domestic issues that arise and dealing with contractors regarding cleaning, furniture and maintenance

Salary :- GBP22 - GBP26K (depending on experience)
