Online Advertising Co-ordinator

Hays Candidate Attraction Solutions (CAS) is the advertising and marketing consultancy within Hays Plc. Our clients include some of the largest companies in the world and we manage online campaigns on a global level.
We're looking for someone with good administrative, marketing or customer service experience who can handle the demands of a highly pressurised, commercial environment. You will have an out-going personality with a positive and proactive attitude to delivering solutions.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work on one of Hays CAS' largest international accounts, based in Sweden and Denmark, and to progress your career within the online/digital sector with exposure to advertising, e-marketing, sales, and web campaign management.
Job Description
*Responsible for co-ordination & uploading of online advertising
*Liaising with the International Business Director and recruitment consultants to ensure successful campaign delivery
*Chasing copy approval and assuming proofing duties before uploading on external job boards
*Creating bespoke e-marketing products and coordinating campaign delivery
*Liaising with the internal design & technical teams, coordinating uploads with recruitment website launches
*Working with internal consultants and resolving issues and delivering solutions
*Working closely with the sales support team and operations director
Candidate Specification
*Fluent in English and ideally fluent in either Swedish or Danish
*Graduate or equivalent with administrative experience within a commercial environment
*First class communication skills both written and oral
*Excellent proofing skills - must have a very keen eye for detail
*A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is essential
*Team player - able to work with all levels of people and show initiative
*A strong understanding of how the internet is used for recruitment advertising purposes
*Any experience of Adobe Photoshop and Quark is desirable (although full training will be provided)
*Ability to take control under the pressures and tight deadlines regularly faced within a sales environment
*Good time management skills are essential to ensure deadlines are met on time
