SALES CONSULTANT CALL CENTRE
Description of Role
Work as part of the Call Centre team to maximise sales and gross profits by servicing and converting calls and emails to the Call Centre which have been generated via the company or Exclusively Europe Websites.
Specific Duties
Sales Process and Service Standards
* Follow agreed sale process and call structure on all calls
* Ensure every opportunity is taken to convert enquiries and up sell
* Provide a high level of service to customers at all times
Database
* Enter all enquiries taken by phone or e-mail
* Ensure all information is entered accurately
Administration System
* Service all e-mail enquires & online bookings
* Ensure all documentation is completed correctly before any communication is sent to customer
Credit Card Processing
* Take payment using online system
Eurostar
* Book Eurostar packages to Paris, Brussels, Bruges & Lille
* Use Elgar to make Eurostar bookings
* Use BSG's/Allocations when appropriate
* Book hotels directly or through 3rd party suppliers
* Book Eurostar packages and ticket only to beyond core destinations
Other Product
* All other European Trains including overnight and ski trains
* Euro domino & Inter rail Passes
* Avis Car Hire
* British Airways Flights
* UK Domestic Trains
* All “Extras”
Product Knowledge
* Attend FAM trips and Product training sessions
* Share knowledge gained on FAM trips with rest of team
Office Environment
* Ensure that work desk is kept clear and tidy
* Take responsibility for office equipment, kitchen and other shared facilities
* Show respect and flexibility towards colleagues within the Call Centre and with all other staff
