Buisness Unit Manager

We are established international company providing Business & retail services worldwide. Currently we are seeking to recruit for our Prague office the suitable candidate for the position of
Business Unit Manager
The job:
· manage business unit to agreed standards
· maximize the sales and profit through active business development
· identifying business needs, promoting the business, evaluating marketing advertising campaigns
· improving operating procedures and standards
· reporting to the headquarters
Your profile:
· good knowledge and understanding of business and marketing environment
· Successful experience in a similar position
· ability to build effective relationships with all levels in the business
· university degree
· fluent in English language
· P& L / budget control skills
· excellent communication and presentation skills
· energetic, result orientated and self-motivated personality
