Job Title: Electrician / Maintenance Engineer
Location: Barnet, North London
Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: GBP26-28 kpa + overtime and callouts
Benefits: 20 days holidays, pension and healthcare
Our client, a prestigious facilities management company, are currently seeking electrical maintenance engineers to be part of a team of engineers responsible maintenance of this high profile commercial building.
You will be responsible for the planned preventative and reactive maintenance of the plant equipment and the building fabric.
Skills / Qualifications required:
Candidates should be qualified to City and Guilds Parts 1& 2 in Electrical Installations or equivalent;
City and Guilds 16th Edition is preferred but not essential;
A building maintenance background would be preferred.
