Mobile Building Services Engineer

My well established client is looking for mobile building services engineers (mechanical or electrical) to look after various commercial sites within the M25. Duties include PPM's, re-active maintenance. Looking after lights, fire alarms, sockets, emergency lights, FCU's, AHU's etc.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700 hours (40 hours per week)
Qualifications required are C&G; Electrical or Mechanical or equiv.
Salary is up to GBP28k plus bens.
