Database Facilitator Office Manager and Office Administrator
Fit For Sport is the UK's leading Children's Healthy Lifestyle provider. We work with 10,000 children and over 40 schools educating & promoting a healthier lifestyle to our kids and their families.
We are currently looking for a Database Facilitator/Office Manager and Office Adminstrator (to support this position)to:
* Manage all incoming customer queries
* Design, manage and maintain database systems
* Keep up to date with new IT technology and to continually monitor activity reports
* Implement and facilitate the training of IT packages
* Actively liaise and communicate with external organisations
* Liaise with external agencies in relation to resources
* Take a lead on all augmentation/clean up of existing data sources and ensures constituent data is fresh, current and as enhanced as possible to ensure the most effective use of all information available
* Develop the specifications for standard reports and files the organisation needs and works with the internal and external resources to implement
* Co-ordinate and program After School Clubs
* Provide an exceptional high standard of customer service
Job requirements:
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent time management
* Flexible working patterns
* Proficient written and spoken English
* Adaptable IT skills
* Excellent telephone manor
* To be actively involved in professional development activities relevant to the post
* Experience in working with children
Essential:
* 3 years relevant experience in data programming/database management
* Customer service experience
* Ability to multi-task with several complex and demanding concurrent projects
* Advanced problem solving skills essential
* Designing and implementing business processes for capturing and using constituent information
* Database analysis and modeling
