Our client is a leading Software company located in beautiful offices in Central London! They are currently recruiting a first-class Administrator to provide administrative support on an ongoing temp basis to a fast paced team
The Position & Responsibilities: Key areas in which you will be involved are: HR Administration, General Office Admin, Recruitment, and Work Experience Placements. An example of the responsibilities includes:
* Supporting administration processes
* Maintaining Database
* Participating in, and providing support for, the HR projects and initiatives
* Coordinate general office filing
* Establish and maintain recruitment database
* Prepare and issue employment agreements/contracts
* Assist with Staff induction processes
* Source, contract, and induct temporary staff
The Person:
The successful applicant will have a solid Office Administration background, You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, communication skills and be articulate and well presented. You must have strong IT skills, in particular intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
* Ability to relate to a wide range of people
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
* Self motivation and ability to work with initiative
* Conscientious
* Respect for confidentiality
* Adaptable attitude to work
