Operations Scheduler 22,000 per annum


Exciting opportunity to join The Handy Squad, a handyman company based in Fulham, SW6. The Handy Squad is a small and fast-growing company and we are a young, friendly, and lively team – see our website for more info (www.handysquad.com).
You will work under the guidance of a team leader performing a variety of roles that include operational assistance and office management.
THE JOB WILL ENTAIL
- Handling customer enquiries (by telephone and email)
- Scheduling jobs for our technicians
- Liaising with technicians
- Office admin
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Hard-working
- Attention to detail
- Pro-active
- Well organized
- Reliable
- Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Fluent English and eligibility to work in the UK
- Interest in DIY a bonus!
HOURS
- 8am-5.30pm
- We will occasionally require you to be flexible with your working hours
SALARY/BENEFITS
- GBP22,000 per annum
- 20 days paid holiday and 8 bank holidays
