Junior Documentation Administrator for London based broking
Our client is a London based broking house who are actively seeking to recruit an enthusiastic junior for their Legal Documentation department. Training and support will be given to the individual to develop the role.
Main Duties
Liaising with internal business units, clients and counterparties
Collating additional information on clients from independent sources
Opening and closing accounts on various in-house systems
Maintaining database
Assisting other team members when required
The Person:
Educated to A Level or equivalent
Good understanding of Word, Excel
Experience of legal documents (an advantage)
Mature approach to role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - oral and writing
Strong attention to detail
Good team player
Enthusiastic and willing to learn
