Interior architectural Assistant Small practice

Small practice with lots of interior and architectural schemes ranging from
residential to commercial, office and projects include a Restaurant in Cambridge and Wild Honey in London, and are with recent projects including a Coffee Shop at Harrods and the Champagne bar at St Pancras Eurostar.
Office is a lovely atmosphere in loft apartment-type space in a slick developments from old school buildings in
South London with some famous tenants
Ideal person - must like small office environment. They don't have a late working culture and they socialise at lunch and in the
evenings and they have a laid back relaxed approach, with good humour and free healthy and unhealthy snacks
What will you do?
 You will join a small office where you will have freedom and responsibility.
 Taking control of a large part of the residential projects and their drawings for various schemes in progress, whilst other team members are focusing mainly on current commercial schemes including restaurants and bars.
 You will have opportunities to also work on these sectors
 Creating and amending drawings for the relevant stages of these UK based schemes
 Client meetings, design and development discussions
 Technical drawings
 Finishings and lighting selections
 Taking various schemes from concept to completion, or joining part way through schemes
 External detailing
 Interior design
What are they looking for?
 Proficient in AutoCAD - essential
 Experience in residential projects – required
 Working drawings experience
 UK building regulations are required
A solid contract is being offered at the moment with lots of work
