Business Development and Support Executive
We are in the process of rolling out a franchise network throughout the UK and are looking for someone with a strong business acumen, customer focused approach and business development skills to join our Franchise Support Team.
With a network of 16 franchises, the ideal candidate will work along side the Franchise Development Manager to ensure that the Franchisees receive a high level of business training, followed by proactive support during their start up phase and develop tools to help them build their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Start up Support
Ensuring the new franchisees have all the necessary information to set up their business by completing their pre-opening check list:
* Complete business plan
* Consult lawyer on agreement
* Have necessary funding in place for start up with completed business plan.
Preparation for Franchisee Training:
* Database Preparation
o Teachers
o Schools/Nurseries
o Relevant Local Government Contacts
o Parents/other relevant contacts
Territory Development:
* Initiate Teacher Recruitment Programme
* Prepare initial mailing to schools
Creation of:
* Unique Territory Website Pages
* Unique Email Address
* Territory 0845 Phone number
* Register Franchisee for Data protection
Training Materials:
* Franchise Owner Manual
* Franchise Operation Manual
* Business Document Folder
Daily Support:
* Daily telephone contact with network
* Responding to queries
* Registering all enquiries and liaising with Manager on action to resolve any issues
Weekly Support:
* Assist in gathering weekly reports from network
* Compile weekly network activity report for management
* Assess support and training requirements for the following week
Monthly:
* Gather monthly P&L; & Management Service Fee Statements from Network
* Compile Monthly Network Report for Management
* Assist in monthly review meetings
* Assist in planning month ahead.
Special Projects
From time to time, we will have specific research or development projects that you will be involved with.
Key Requirements:

* Enjoy brainstorming and implementing new ideas
* A team player
* Highly organised individual
* A commitment to growing the franchisees business
* Whilst knowledge of yoga is not required, we do want someone who will share our goals in making the next generation healthier & happier!
This is a really exciting role for someone looking to join a growing business in an innovative field. Full training will be provided and you will work closely with management to learn how the business works. Our goal this year is to develop the network to 40 franchises, therefore the opportunity to grow with the business is there.
