Dutch speaking customer service agent, working from Malta
Are you Dutch speaking? Willing to relocate to a sunny island in the Mediterranean area?

We are a leading online bingo operator and we are looking to recruit an Customer Service Representative for our Malta office, to handle Bingo queries and provide customer care for our Dutch speaking customers. The successful candidate will speak both Dutch and English and experience would be an advantage, but not a must since full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer requests either by telephone or email.
- Administration of customers' accounts
- Assisting customers on how to use the company's products and services.
- Chat with customer while they are playing is a task valued highly
- Troubleshooting technical problems faced by customers.
- Translation related work
- Answering queries via e-mail
- Informing players about ongoing games, game rules and promotions
Key Candidate Requirements and Attributes:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Good PC skills.
- Flexibility to differing shifts
- Good problem solver.
- Team player.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environmnet.
- Quick learner.
