I am looking for a commercially astute individual with significant leadership experience to work at one of the leading private members health and fitness club in West London with a membership base in excess of 3000. You will be responsible for leading the sales team within the club and be responsible for putting together and delivering the sales and marketing campaigns on a regular basis.
You will need to be experienced in managing a proactive sales team using a variety of key performance indicators, developing and nurturing your staff to reach realistic and achievable targets. My client offers an outstanding career development path and is very well regarded for developing their general managers internally.
