Membership Sales Consultant

Friendly, clued-up team players are needed for this multi-talented role.
You must be well organised under pressure, show loads of initiative, be armed to the teeth with motivation and get on supremely well with people from all walks of life. Whilst sales experience is not a pre-requisite, you'll feel comfortable working to high sales targets.
Must have:
A good natural sales ability.
Advanced people and communication skills.
Proficiency with figures and basic calculations.
A basic understanding or instinct towards customer needs.
A good understanding of basic marketing methods is also required, along with a knowledge of media within the club's locality.
An ability to plan daily structures in order to maximise the ideal selling times and to maintain a weekly action plan.
A good knowledge of the locality surrounding the club, both residential and commercial.
