Excel Whizz needed Asap Shipping Administrator 12-13 per hou


Our client a large commodities company are looking for a temporary administrator to work in their shipping department. You will be required to manage Excel databases to a very advanced level and carry out ad-hoc admin.
Main duties:
* Handle new companies being added to company listings
* Process the Freight derivatives Value's at Risk using excel spread sheets
* Create pivot tables for management
* Process the Freight physical
* Possibly run VaR for fuel resources
* Ensure that market prices are entered
* Run the Management Reports on weekly and monthly basis
* Process freight exposure's
* Enter broker numbers in to spreadsheets
* Ad-hoc administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office experience and skills with proven ability to use Excel to an advanced level and educated to A-level standard or equivalent. Our client is looking for an individual with a bright, professional disposition who will not mind spending most of the working day using spreadsheets and databases.
