Quality Assurance M&E; Project Engineer Permanent GBP40k

Our client is a world-renowned pharmaceutical company. They currently require a flexible Quality Assurance and M&E; Projects Engineer to be based in Surrey, working within a small engineering group but supporting CHR&D; Engineering Operations across four sites.
Based on 2006 Annual Results, the company had a turnover of GBP23.2 billion of which GBP3.1 billion was attributed to global Consumer Healthcare. The Consumer Healthcare R&D; teams are based in Surrey and New Jersey and they support the development of leading global brands in OTC medicines and oral care. The suitable candidate will preferably have a BSc Degree in an engineering discipline, however candidates with a HNC/HND in Building Services and some experience within the industry will be considered.
Candidates should also have specialised knowledge of QA Compliance and Validation of cGMP Facilities; Project Engineering and Management; Building Services and Process and specialist water systems. They will be able to work with key GMP Groups, QA and Regulatory Compliance.
Other responsibilities will be assisting with the operations of Engineering services and Utilities at Weybridge and maidenhead, supporting all site operations, ensuring that all Regulatory requirements are met in full and that all plant services are maintained. You will also be responsible for the Revenue budget spend and the Project management of site refurbishment or build projects. Also assisting with the operations of the Engineering department and all contractor works on Weybridge site, ensuring GMP requirements and Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
