Duty Manager

You will need a good operational background to secure this position.
Regular Duty Manager shifts will be required in addition to a sound knowledge of day-to-day club operations. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to take control of the club are all elements of this action packed role.
Must have:
Previous duty management.
Strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable to members and other employees.
Advanced people management skills and be able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve challenging targets/meticulous standards.
A good knowledge of health and safety legislation.
