Office Administrator Junior Crussh Juice Bars


We're a small, dynamic organisation on a mission to create and build the most exciting food retail concept on the high street. With nine years of expertise and 20 stores, we are now the UK's biggest juice retail chain with ambitious plans underway to expand throughout the UK and beyond!
The role
It's a varied role, much of which involves working with a small team within head office & our stores. The focus in this role is the effective and efficient running of our head office, providing support where needed. This is a busy but very rewarding role, not for the fainthearted!
Key responsibilities
* Answering of all incoming calls
* Posting of mail
* Responsible for petty cash
* Ordering of stationery
* Filing and archiving
* First point of contact for all stores
* Dealing with all store requests
* Ordering materials for new stores
* Maintenance of store listings
* Key liaison for lawyers, surveyors and other external entities
* Organising of Christmas parties, summer socials and launch parties
* General running of Head Office
Key Skills:
* Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work within a small team
* Able to work unsupervised and manage own workload
* Ability to manage a number or projects within a deadline
