Legal Pa 6 Month Contract 30,000


Our client a large internarional law firm based close to St Paul are currently seeking an experience Legal PA to support 4 Fee Earners in their Corporate Department for a 6 month maternity cover, there is a possibility that this could be extended to 12 months.
You duties will include diary management such as arranging meetings, conference calls and luunches, maintaining the filing system, copy and audio typing, proofreading, completing timesheets for Fee Earners, taking accurate and detailed telephone messages, archiving and retrieval of files from storage and all adhoc duties as and when required.
To be considered for this role you must type at least 65wpm (net), had sound knowledge of MS Office and have previous Legal PA experience.
This role us to start ASAP.
If you are in Australia or NZ and planning to re-locate to the UK we can get the ball rolling by setting you up an interview with an English Consultant in Australia. Jenny, is ex Law Support and understands what it is like to re-locate countries. She will go through your requirements and give you an idea of what to expect in London. Jenny can also go through our current vacancies list and give you some ideas on the type of roles you can expect to secure.
We are also able to supply you with online testing, so that you are able to undertake tests from home. This will save you plenty of time to attend to other preparations and settling into the UK!
