Chartered Landscape Architect
A Chartered Landscape Architect is now required to work from the stylish Sevenoaks and the 'NEW' London office of this award winning practice - Rummey Design. Working within a team of successful Landscape and Urban Designers you will be required to manage and run a portfolio of high profile projects. You should possess excellent design skills, be able to meet deadlines and liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. Typical projects include a GBP13.7m private residential project and public realm scheme in Hampstead.
Key Skills:
Ability to initiate and develop landscape and urban design based projects
Design flair
Good analytical skills as applied to the assessment of existing areas and to proposed developments
Project management
Strong graphic representation skills (manual and computer)
Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Computer literacy including the use of Vectorworks, Microstation or similar and Adobe Photoshop and preferably graphics related applications
Ability to plan and organise work effectively.
A full current UK driving license desirable.
Qualifications:
Degree in Landscape Architecture or related subject/Diploma or post graduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or related subject
A member of the Landscape Institute desirable
Part IV qualified desirable
