Project Manager Bespoke Design and Build Company

Experienced Project Manger required for high-end, bespoke design and Build Company. Due to our continued growth we are very busy, with a number of new projects due to commence.
As the Project Manager your main responsibities will include:
Dealing with a range of projects at a time
Deal with all staff, sub contractors, management and clients
Manage project through complete lifecycle from inception to completion
Ensure high standards of finish are met
Ensure health & safety regulations are met
Deal with tender and budget preparation
Skills and Experience Required:
Professional and diligent manner
Ability to gain the confidence of the client
Effective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects
The ability to advice and guide colleagues in a supportive, interactive fashion ensuring that programmes are agreed, targets set and deadlines achieved.
A depth of knowledge of different construction processes and forms of procurement
A forward-thinking approach to the management of clients and projects
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience.
