Our client a specialist refurbishment and fit out company are looking, for an enthusiastic project manager to join their team.
Ideally you will be from a refurbishment background with experience in conservation work with time spent working in occupied premises.
You must have good people skills and be willing to liaise with clients in a professional manor.
The company is based in London with the majority of their work within the M25 boundary.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate that has had experience of projects around the GBP5m size.
Duties to include management of:
* Health and Safety
* Programme / Planning
* Subcontractors
* Materials ordering
* Plant Hire
* Co-ordination of subcontractors
* Progress Reporting
* Record keeping.
