Clerk of Works

My client is a well-established property developer based in Central London. They have several projects on the go along the King's road, and they are looking for someone to Supervise the Trades and Labour staff. You need to be ideally of a trades background, and have a "hands-on" attitude to work! They are also more likely to consider a candidate with professional construction related qualifications, such as City and Guilds in Carpentry, and of course, you need to have valid Health and Safety certificates. They are looking to pay between GBP27,000 and GBP30,000, depending on the candidate.
