Overview:
This is an exciting new role created to nurture and manage the increasing levels of user created content on toptable. You will be a bright, enthusiastic graduate with meticulous attention to detail and excellent understanding of emerging web trends such as blogging, social networking and other Web 2.0 activities. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for your first step on the Marketing career ladder within a thriving and expanding company.
Reporting into the Marketing Director, this role involves:
* User generated content
Moderate and publish diner reviews for toptable and City-Eating websites
Read and process reviews of toptable website
Respond to customer emails and enquiries in a comprehensive fashion
Manage and develop the customer email process and procedures
* toptable VIPs
Manage the toptable VIP email communication program
Organise a series of VIP events and create advocates
Organise ‘Champagne moments' initiative with restaurants
* Product development
Work with IT development to create new participation experiences based on social netwirking, photo and video content.
Work with Marketing team to launch new initiatives
Nurture and grow these new initiatives through setting targets
* Community engagement
Engage the London blog scene in a mutually beneficial dialogue
Measure mentions of toptable in external online media channels

Ideal skills and experience include...
Be multi skilled and be able to juggle different responsibilities at the same time with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally educated to degree level
Preferably have HTML or other web authoring skills
Be thoroughly ingratiated into the online community and have experience and excellent understanding of blogging, Facebook, MySpace, Bebo etc
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint and Outlook packages
