Who are we looking for?
A bright and conscientious individual who is computer literate and has a confident telephone manner.
The Position
We are looking for a home-based telemarketing person who will be responsible for calling and interviewing our customers and potential customers and for maintaining the data in our CRM system (sales contact database). There is no selling involved and appropriate training will be given.
The role could be either full or part-time (minimum 5 hours per day) and may suit someone working around child care commitments.
The position is salaried at a full time rate of between GBP18,000 and GBP20,000 depending on previous experience plus bonuses. All job-related expenses will be paid. After one year of continuous employment the company will offer private healthcare insurance and pension contributions.
Our Company
itelligence is a global computer services company, the largest partner of SAP in the mid-market company sector. It has a turnover of almost Euro 200,000 and employs 1,200 staff.
In the UK we have a small, friendly sales team of four people and need to extend our telemarketing/teleresearch capability..
