Lettings Person for Accommodaton London Up to GBP22k

Are you enthusiastic, ambitious, confident?
We are looking for a fun/sharp self motivated team player to work in a busy property company together with 8 others mainly letting rooms and flats travellers coming to the UK on a working holiday.
Basic internet, driving licence easygoing personality, flexible attitude and a 2 year working Visa are requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answering phones and making appointments
* Showing and letting flats
* Checking customers into their flats
* Updating various websites with ads
PERSONAL QUALITIES
· Flexible and adaptable
· Positive attitude
· Friendly and able to work in a team
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Motivated with hands on attitude
· Experience in sales
You will be required to work alternative weekends, ie. one weekend on, then the next off.
We work on a revolving rota system, with shifts 9am to 6pm, 10am to 7pm and 1pm to 9pm. Weekends are 9am to 6pm.
