TRAINEE LETTINGS/SALES NEGOTIATOR
We are looking for a enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our successful team as a Lettings/Sales Negotiator. The candidate must a bright and energetic individual(experience in sales/ customer services could be an advantage but not essential). You also will need to be competent in using a computer, work well within a team, have a good telephone manner and have your own car.
You will be required to:
- Perform Viewings
- Negotiate Deals
- Meet pre-agreed targets
- Effectively handle enquiries
- Demonstrate high standards of professionalism
- Offer a fantastic level of customer service.
