I established my agency 17 years ago and during this period I have created a successful business in the sales, letting and management of residential properties in London. I wish to retire over the next few years and am looking for pro-active, independent and eager people who have the drive to succeed so they can join my business and share in its success. My business has a very prominent High Street position and has an impeccable reputation.
Duties will include negotiating on mid to high values, dealing with other agents, staffing the office on rota days. We will be open 7 days a week until late so you must be prepared to work unsociable hours. You must be sales oriented, focused, able to work on own initiative but also be part of a team with good communication skills, be computer literate, possess a driving licence and be of smart appearance. This genuine opportunity would suit a frustrated corporate employee or a person who wants to secure a career and become a partner with an established business. Must have laptop and car.
