Our client is an outsourced call centre based near Richmond Station. With a large call centre of over 2000 agents working on both inbound and outbound campaigns both Telesales and Customer Services. They are lucky enough to be able to boast about their very high profile client base which in turn offers an excellent working environment to the agents that work there.
Our client is urgently recruiting 100 outbound call centre agents to work full time or part time hours calling existing customers about there internet providers asking them to change to the client that you will be representing.
All leads are qualified and you will be responsible for committing the customer to making the change.
The beauty of this campaign is that the service is free and therefore there will be reduced objections to handle making your life easier.
PC Literate
Previous sales or customer service background
Ability to communicate at all levels
Able to work in a target driven environment
