Customer Service Manager
RBSCH are seeking an experienced customer service manager to handle all aspects of complaints, compliments etc.
The candidate needs to have good interpersonal and written skills, should be calm under pressure, know how to handle different situations as well as have experience in using all Microsoft packages.
The starting salary will be GBP15,000 per annum.
