Step in to a client liaison role in a dynamic and contempora

Are you looking to step in to a challenging and busy administration role working in a creative, professional yet relaxed environment? Would you like a variety of tasks on a daily basis but a role that requires you to constantly think on your feet and liaise with a plethora of different clientele? Then this could be the role for you.
Our client is a dynamic and growing company that offers a fantastic training, meetings and seminars venue located in both Covent Garden and St Pancras. Coupled with providing meeting space, the company also offers financial training courses for some of the major American investments banks in the market.
Some of your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing client relationships, project co-ordination, dealing with standard enquiries, fulfilling orders and organizing training programs.
This role needs a fiercely organized person with sound client facing skills and the proven ability to ‘think on your feet' and multitask like there's no tomorrow. Experience of being a PA but wanting to be more project-based will help or some kind of co-ordination background. We require sound administrative experience and the proven ability to co-ordinate and organize.
Don't waste a moment – we want to hear from you today!
