Pa to Director and Massage and Beauty Booking Co-ordinator
Body Tissue Service Ltd (BTS), www.bodytissue.com , provides the ultimate personal touch in luxury massage and beauty treatments to five-star hotels, hotel spas and affluent private clients in London.
We're looking to recruit a male or female PA to the Director. The role also includes co-ordinating bookings. You will be dealing with our numerous clients from around the globe and assist the director in all day-to-day activities. The candidate should
- have outstanding customer service skills
- have a superb telephone manner and able to efficiently communicate with clients and management on all levels
- be knowledgeable in massage and/or beauty
- be flexible (main working hours Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)
- demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- be enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active
- be able to work as part of fun-loving but hard-working team as well as on own initiative
