High Profile Bilingual Pa With Mandarin GBP30k Bens Overtime


Senior level PA role, supporting a successful Partner within a prestigious Financial Services firm . The duties will be varied and require someone with strong organisational skills; to maintain the Director's diary, prioritize time demands, and arrange global meetings, and to co-ordinate road show/investor visit requests and liaise with conference/seminar co-coordinators with bookings and presentations. It is essential that all applicants are fluent mandarin speakers.
The role will be challenging and diverse. You will need to be able to build good relationships with clients having a professional and confident manner. It is essential that you have gained experience at an executive level from a professional services/corporate environment. The firm looks after their staff well, and the role will suit someone looking for responsibility and involvement.
You will need to be conversant with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, essential audio typing speed at 60wpm. Only fluent Mandarin speakers will be considered.
