Amazing role Assistant Account Manager needed GBP18K benefit


This wonderful role is with an established company within the higher education sector. This lovely organisation, known for its fun and friendly vibe are expanding quickly and have unique international experience as a provider of enrolment management solutions to higher education institutions in the US, Australia and the UK.
This is a role in our contact centre, assisting the Account Managers in dealing with incoming (mainly email) enquiries from prospective international students wanting to study in the UK. Your primary function will be to help manage the day to day operations of various accounts relating to international student recruitment.
There is definitely room for career progression for those who perform well in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Account Managers with responding to incoming communications from prospective international students in order to ensure all emails are dealt with by the end of the day
Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the Account Managers, e.g. inputting new prospective student data into the system, calling students
Ensure that Quality Assurance standards are met
Ensure that phone calls from students are answered and assisted promptly and efficiently
Ensure that applicant follow up is being completed in line with Service Centre and client protocols
Ensure that client communication is maintained in a positive and constructive manner
Contribute to the continuous improvement of work practice and work flow
Assist the Service Centre Manager with ad hoc tasks
