Professional bartenders looking for a career.

Paradise by way of Kensal Green is a serious food, drink and music venue looking for serious professionals to join us at senior bartender level.
You will have three years experience working in a variety of venues; the ideal candidate will have worked in late night DJ/club/live music venues, food-led pubs and busy London bars. Paradise is all of these things.
Your duties will be to maintain and develop strict standards, create good working practices, encourage an interest and desire to learn about products and drinking cultures, assist managers with training and deveoping the capacity of the business and a keen eye on stocks, ordering and the all-important GP.
Paradise is one in a growing group of bars and we have long term opportunities for hard working and dedicated people.
Wages will represent experience and responsibility.
