Senior Waiter

Rex Restaurant Associates which incorporates The Wolseley and St Alban is looking to recruit experienced senior waiters. These high profile restaurants are owned by Chris Corbin and Jeremy King, previous owner-operators of the world famous Ivy, Le Caprice, and J.Sheekey restaurants.

The successful candidates will be expected to provide full operational support to Head Waiters and Restaurant Managers, and to supervise junior waiters, whilst ensuring that excellent quality and superb service is delivered to all customers.
Candidates will be expected to display initiative, have an extremely high attention to detail, successfully resolve any issues during service in accordance with company guidelines, maintain a high profile during service and promote and establish a regular customer base.
In addition to the above, candidates will be expected to control and manage their section in the restaurant, ensure that all Junior Waiters under their supervision are briefed prior to service and react promptly to any issues or complaints whilst maintaining passion and attention to detail.
Successful candidates will have experience working as a waiter within a quality restaurant or 5 star hotel. The positions are full time and offer a rare opportunity to work for market leaders within the hospitality industry.

Salaries range from GBP22,500 to GBP28,000 per annum depending upon experience.
