The applicant for this position must be hands on with a forward thinking and positive approach to running a unique restaurant concept.
Aside having strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of restaurant financials, you would also need to be a great communicator to be able to motivate, train, maintain and inspire a large team.
A thorough knowledge and passion for food is essential along with a keen eye for detail in this busy yet fun environment.
A competitive salary between GBP23K to GBP27K and bonuses is on offer, pending previous experience and references checks.
