OVERVIEW
Last Man Stands LTD (www.lastmanstands.com) is company that runs 8 a side twenty 20 cricket leagues. Last Man Stands is the fastest growing amateur cricket league in the world.
LMS is social cricket concept and is an exciting company to be a part of.
THE POSITION AND WAGES
We are currently looking for Agents who are interested in working par time during the spring and summer (Evenings and/or Sundays between March and August). Agents will earn income from managing and umpiring cricket leagues, selling LMS cricket equipment, locating new grounds where LMS can be played and recruiting new teams. The most successful,reliable and hardworking agents in 2007 earned between GBP1500 and GBP2000 on par time basis during the summer.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS NEEDED
The following requirements are essential for all LMS Agents :
1.A good understanding of the rules of cricket. ie they must have good experience of playing in or umpiring cricket games.
2.Must be fluent in English !
3.Available to work on Evenings between 18:00 and 20:30 and/or on Sundays.
4.You must have access to Internet.
The following requirements(ie 5,6) are NOT ESSENTIAL but will help :
5.Do you know grounds in your area that can be hired? Are you able recruit new teams? - if you think you can add value in these two areas please mention it when applying for position!
6.Background in marketing or sales.(alternatively you have an outgoing personality)
