Accounts Assistant- Bank recs, Pl, Ap, etc.
Our client is looking for an accounts assistant to look after the:
Matching batching and process on SAP·
Coding, Posting of credit notes on SAP·
Allocating of costing to each station
Generate GL codes
Match the invoices to the cost centre site centre and station
Inputting the invoice to each client accounts
Bank Reconciliations
Making payments via Checks and BACS
The ideal candidate will have experience of using SAP (or SUN), have enough experience so as to hit the ground running and have good communication skills due to all the client interaction.
This is a temporary position going on for about 4 months.
