Part Time Sole Charge, 6 month role GBP12 to GBP15 hr
Description:
Based in the Docklands area we are growing property development company and it is due to our ongoing success that we now require a part time sole charge payroller for 2 to 3 days per week. We are flexible on the days worked and are looking for a candidate who has solid payroll experience, processing and running the whole system from start to finish. The actual duties of the role are as follows:
· Processing a monthly payroll for 200 UK staff as well as processing a small weekly payroll
· Setting up starters and leavers on the system
· Calculating sickness and maternity/paternity
· Manual calculations for National Insurance and
· Sending out P45s, P46s, P60s
· Managing the Year end process
· Payroll carried out on Sage
Skills required:
· Processing monthly and weekly payroll
· Processing starters, leavers, SMP, SSP, SPP
· National Insurance and Tax calculations
· P60s and Year End processing experience
· Experience on Sage payroll beneficial
