Marketing Assistant Pa for Luxury Skincare

We are looking for a smart and dynamic Marketing Assistant/ PA to the Managing Director for Rodial Skincare (www.rodial.co.uk).
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with packaging and graphic designers to produce company's literature
- Liaising with web designer and managing the company's web site
- Organising the company's trade shows, filling forms, liaising with merchandising designers
As we are a small team you will also be responsible that the office is running smoothly, organising the office supplies, product cupboards. You would also be responsible for all courrier and post activity.
This is a great position for someone with marketing studies who wants to get into the luxury skincare.
We are looking for someone extremely organised, great on the phone, and with a can-do-attitude.
