Freelance Quantity Surveyor required, GBP27p h, immediate start
Our client is a building contractor who specialises in general construction, new build, refurb, etc & civil engineering.
They have an immediate requirement for quantity surveyors to fill the two positions outlined below.
Requirements:
1) QS - general building contracting experience
2) QS - special works - pre & post contract, procurement, general all-rounder.
Projects are long term freelance or fixed term positions and are situated throughout London.
The HQ is located in Chiswick W4.
Rates are typically between GBP27p/h to GBP31p/h.
The client, established in 1971, has extensive experience of Local authorities, Housing Associations, Health Organisations, The Education Sector, Commercial Clients and Private individuals. Operating out of London and it's home counties, they carry out all types of general building work including Refurbishments, Conversion, New Build, Internal/External Repairs and Redecorations.
Sectors covered: local authority / housing - private clients - new build - refurb - fit out - externals.
Project values range from GBP500k to GBP2m.
Candidates would need to have good construction project experience in any of the sectors covered above, be team players and be flexible and versatile in their working habits.
