Our client have been around for more than 40 years and are specialist in the repair and maintenance industry. With in depth experience in the social housing sector, our client provide both reactive maintenance along with "decent homes" programmes around the brent and westminister area
The client, are looking to recruit an experienced reactive maintenance supervisors to cover their Brent contract. Managing teams of trade & labour covering various disciplines, you will be responsible for overseeing construction works in occupied property, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are running to speed & budget. Along with a basic salary ranging from GBP30k-GBP35, a Peugeot 207 van is supplied along with 21 days holiday and a company pension. You will have a proven track record in the social housing division along with up to date references. This is a permanent position.
Maintenance experience essential
Previous experience of working for some of the main contractors within the maintenance industry is essential.
Ideal candidates must reside in North / West London
