We are looking for a PA Secretary with a fast and accurate Audio typing speed to support one of the Senior Secretaries at a well known firm of Accountants.
Duties will include helping with a backlog of audio tapes, research, liaising with clients, updating excel spreadsheets and other adhoc administrative duties.
We are ideally looking for somebody with a strong secretarial background, who types at least 60wpm and has very good knowledge of Excel and other databases.
