Steel Business Briefing's MD is seeking a professional, energetic, entertaining PA, based in London.
The company is informal, but has "a can do will do" attitude with high levels of energy, initiative and diversity.
There are customers in virtually any country you can think of and staff and/or offices in Japan, China, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, Germany, UK, Brazil and USA.
To effectively manage and lead this business the Managing Director in London is seeking a multi-lingual PA with great organisational, at least 3 years experience and outstanding social skills to assist with:-
+ General Office administration/running of the company
+ Expenses
+ Certain HR duties
+ Assistance with events
+ Research
+ Correspondence and appointments
It is a varied job that will suit a candidate who has excellent MS Office skills, great organisational ability, is flexible, has a good sense of humour and is ideally fluent in one or more other languages.
Fluent English and the legal right to work in the UK are required.
