Overall Job Purpose
To ensure that key areas over 3 buildings are clean and well maintained to the highest standards at all times.
Key responsibilities
Ensuring that Client areas are clean and set up before the start of the working day.
Conducting regular checks in key areas over three buildings.
Ensuring that Kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy when required.
Helping out with kitchen duties during busy periods.
Collection of general waste.
Working as part of a team.
Assisting other duties as required.
Key Skills
Communication – adopts a flexible approach and adapts style to suit different situations and people
Teamwork – Ability to work with members of the team, sharing information and working collaboratively to achieve team objectives.
Supports the decisions and works with team members
Acts as ambassador for the team both internally and externally
Problem Solving – Identifies issues, recommends and implements sound solutions in a timely manner
Prepared to take decisions and communicate them effectively
Planning and Organisation –
Develops and implements plans to meet objectives
Manages own time to ensure tasks completed as required
Monitors and revises plans to ensure objectives are achieved
