Beauty Therapists and Senior Beauty Therapists required for a long-established premium beauty salon in Fulham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our happy team at Original Bodywork (4 treatment rooms, friendly and family-run). We have a loyal client following who appreciate our professional standards of treatment, excellent client care and leading product brands: Guinot, Elemis, Caci, and St Tropez, a unique combination in Fulham.
We require experienced beauty therapists to work an average of 40 hours per week and to carry out a full range of beauty, massage, and electrolysis treatments. The salon is open 7 days a week, with 3 late evenings a week (Tuesday-Thursday), and all staff are expected to take on their fair share of evening and weekend shifts.
Beauty therapists must be qualified to at least NVQ3 level, be fully trained in either Guinot or Elemis and have a minimum of 1-2 years post-qualification experience. Senior therapists must have at least 3 years salon experience and will be expected to have additional qualifications and wider product knowledge. We provide excellent training to ensure that all staff have the opportunity to develop their professional skills and are able to offer the widest range of treatments.
Excellent basic salary, depending upon experience, plus a generous commission package tied to treatments given and to personal retail product sales. Additional hours up to 48 hours per week can also be made available for those wishing to further increase their income. These are fully employed positions with paid holidays.
The salon is 10 minutes walk from Parsons Green Tube and is a few minutes walk from bus routes between Hammersmith and Putney along Fulham Palace Road.
We particularly wish to find candidates with the right attitudes - team players, enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic, excellent health and attendance records, and high personal standards of treatments, professional behaviour and customer care.
